If you look close at the clip, in the first part of the BJ the guy has a condom on (you can tell this #1 by the ripples in the condom, #2 the difference in skin tone of the member in this shot and the member in the sex shot). When it switches to the overhead view, which is clearly shot at a different time by the changes in positioning/lighting, there is no condom and a circumcised member.
